The Launch
a new dimension to the Exhibition

Would you like to display your artwork at the launch and / or in future exhibitions?
if an artist wants to submit a print, painting or item for display either at the launch or in any future exhibitions organised by the IAE here in the UK, the following guidelines need to be met

1. Fill out the form opposite,
2. The printed artwork will have to be framed when it arrives,
3. There would be a once only £10.00 ($20.00) fee per item to cover storage of the work,
4. If the artist wanted it returned, the fee would have to be met by them.
5. All insurance costs need to be paid and organised by the artist

Please note that while every effort will be made to keep your artwork in good condition, no responsibility can be offered by Entertainment Live UK, it's owners, voluntary or paid workers, for any loss or damage.

With the piece the artist sends, they should supply the following details.

1. Your full name
2. Your full address
3. A printed Artist description
4. A description of the piece of artwork.
5. a letter authorising me to display and use your art in exhibitions and promotional images.

The artist would always keep their copyright and Entertainment Live UK (eluk) it's owners and staff, current or future, will not apply for or retain any ownership of submitted artwork.
